Frequently Asked Questions

I have just received my first plan, and I don't understand it. Can you help me?

Absolutely.  NDIS plans can be overwhelming.  We can go through each section, explain what it means, and what each category can be used for.  If you are not happy with your plan, we can support you through the review process. 

I have my review coming up, can you support me through the process?

We can support you to understand the process and ensure you have all the documentation you need to ensure you have the best possible outcome.  We will even act as an advocate, if you are feeling anxious about attending your review without support.

How will Aspire make sure I have the best possible supports, and good value for money?

We take the time to listen to you, and will involve whichever other support people you believe can help in the process of understanding your situation, goals and needs.  We will put a number of options to you, in the end you have complete choice and control over which options are the best for you.
